Job responsibilities:

1. Design feasible synthetic routes for target products based on literature reports or the company's established methods, and synthesize and purify high-quality products.

2. Efficiently conduct synthetic route development and accurately document experimental procedures in a clear and standardized manner.

3. Independently complete or lead laboratory assistants in completing small-scale preparations (10–100 g).

4. Assist in preparing experimental data for patent applications and provide relevant literature search results.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in organic chemistry, organometallic chemistry, or medicinal chemistry.

2. More than one year of experience in synthetic chemistry, with familiarity with common organic reactions.

3. Proficiency in commonly used literature search tools such as SciFinder.

4. Familiarity with the principles of modern analytical instruments, including NMR, HPLC, GC-MS, and LC-MS.

5. Strong sense of initiative, diligence, willingness to learn, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent teamwork skills.

6. Strong practical skills, independent thinking, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
