On the hardware side, we have established an integrated, end-to-end R&D and testing platform equipped with a comprehensive range of advanced experimental equipment and simulation tools. The platform covers the entire R&D chain, from material synthesis and preparation, purity testing and analysis, thermal and optoelectronic characterization, to device fabrication and evaluation. It is complemented by professional theoretical modeling and simulation software, forming a fully closed-loop R&D pathway. Our high-precision hardware enables accurate testing of material properties and rapid device prototyping and iteration, ensuring efficient and precise R&D experimentation while laying a solid hardware foundation for cutting-edge material development.
