On May 5, 2018, the weather was clear with a gentle breeze. On Saturday, Beijing Summer Sprout Technology Co., Ltd. held an outdoor hiking and cultural tourism activity with the theme "Building Together Through Party-Community Collaboration, Joining Forces for Development" to commemorate May Fourth Youth Day, carry forward the May Fourth spirit, and showcase the company's vitality.

A total of 43 employees and service staff gathered outside the company. Led by the Chairman, General Manager, and Secretary of the company’s Party branch, the group departed on time by coach for Shuanglongxia Scenic Area, the destination for the day’s activities. After traveling for more than two hours, they arrived at the scenic area. Shuanglongxia Scenic Area, located 2.5 kilometers south of Huo Village, Zhaitang Town, Mentougou District, western Beijing, is known for its spectacular scenery featuring "ten miles of streams, a hundred pools and waterfalls, a thousand mu of red apricot trees, and vast stretches of forest." With verdant mountains, lush valleys, and magnificent peaks, the area has breathtaking natural beauty. In summer, wildflowers bloom across the mountains, while streams flow gently through the valleys, creating a picturesque northern landscape. The area is therefore also known as the “Little Jiuzhaigou.” The highest peak of Laolongwo in Shuanglongxia reaches an elevation of 1,646 meters, and the scenic area stretches for 15 kilometers. Following the planned route, all participants set out on the hike. The steep terrain and challenging ascent tested everyone’s perseverance, but no one backed down in the face of the rugged mountain paths. Overcoming the steep slopes and difficult terrain, everyone pressed forward, encouraging and supporting one another along the way. In the end, all participants successfully reached the summit. As the saying goes, “The scenery becomes more beautiful when one’s strength is exhausted; the finest views are found on the highest peaks.” Although everyone was tired, the excitement and joy of reaching the summit through hard work and perseverance made the fatigue worthwhile. Everyone immersed themselves in the beauty and grandeur of nature, enjoying a profound sense of fulfillment and accomplishment. After descending the mountain, the group raised the Party flag and company flag and participated in a team-building activity aimed at promoting the company’s culture. The atmosphere was filled with laughter and excitement, creating a vibrant scene against the backdrop of the early-summer landscape.

        After the hike, the group traveled to Lingshui Juren Village for lunch and rest. Lingshui Village is located in Zhaitang Town, Mentougou District, western Beijing. Since the imperial examination system flourished during the Ming and Qing dynasties, the village produced many scholars who achieved official titles, including Liu Maoheng and Liu Zengguang, earning it the name "Juren Village". During the early Republican period, six villagers graduated from Yenching University in Beijing. Despite being a relatively secluded mountain village, Lingshui possesses a remarkably rich cultural heritage. With beautiful natural scenery and numerous historical sites, Lingshui Village was designated in November 2005 by the Ministry of Construction and the National Cultural Heritage Administration as one of the second batch of "Chinese Historical and Cultural Villages". In the afternoon, guided by local villagers, the group toured the group toured the ancient village, guided by locals, learning about its unique cultural traditions and architectural features. The group returned to the company at 4:00 p.m., concluding a joyful, fulfilling, and unforgettable day.
