Job responsibilities:

1. Create and optimize process synthesis routes for OLED materials, either independently or collaboratively, with the goal of scaling up from gram to kilogram scale.

2. Conduct process synthesis experiments, accurately document experimental procedures, identify and resolve potential synthesis issues, and analyze and improve processes accordingly.

3. Assist in preparing experimental data for patent applications and provide relevant literature search results.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in organic chemistry, organometallic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, or related fields.

2. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong logical analysis capabilities.

4. Proficiency in commonly used literature search tools such as SciFinder.

5. Experience in scale-up experiments or related process work is preferred.
