Job responsibilities:

1. Provide patent search support and patent-related information for R&D personnel.

2. Maintain the company's intellectual property database, update it regularly, and provide R&D personnel with the latest patent information in a timely manner.

3. Assist with the filing and approval processes for the company's intellectual property applications.

4. Assist in providing intellectual property-related training for R&D personnel and archiving R&D records.

Qualifications:

1. A background in organic synthesis, medicinal chemistry, or related fields is preferred; good English proficiency; proficiency in chemical drawing software; Master's degree is required.

2. Excellent learning ability and a willingness to pursue long-term career development in the intellectual property field.

3. Strong communication and coordination skills, organizational and planning abilities, excellent execution skills, and good confidentiality awareness.
